Tait is the founder of Triad Financial Strategies and is responsible for much of the innovation behind the team’s service-oriented approach. He works closely with clients to help them achieve financial independence through ongoing financial planning and tactical active asset management. His responsibility also lies in ensuring that Triad maintains it’s cutting advantage around technology, systems and processes and maintaining our best in class service. 

As a wealth advisor, Tait believes that with financial planning comes clarity. By taking a holistic approach to his client’s finances, he’s able to better advise and serve them. Tait’s desire to be a fiduciary advisor continues to be his primary focus so that he and the team can serve our clients in the manner that they desire and need. 

A graduate of Seattle Pacific University, Tait worked for Principal Financial until 2010 when he started Triad Financial Strategies. He and Randy Kim created Triad Investment Management (the RIA portion of the firm) in 2019 in order to keep clients on track with their financial goals and help see them through the finish line. 

Tait serves on multiple boards locally for non-profits and within his local church. He’s passionate about his community and contributing to the area in which he lives and works. Married to Sunday and a father of five, Tait enjoys skiing, hiking, spending time with his family in their RV and experiencing the outstanding opportunities the PNW has to offer.

As a Wealth Advisor, Randy receives the greatest satisfaction when client dreams become a reality. Randy is also the Chief Compliance Officer at Triad Financial Strategies. When he is not in client discussions reviewing their financial plans and portfolios, you can find him monitoring how the firm protects client privacy and personal information and advocating on behalf of the firm’s clients and advisors with the various regulatory agencies.

Randy is an alumnus of Boise State University, where he studied marketing and finance. He obtained his Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations from The American College in 1987. He earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary Designation ® (AIF®) in 2010. He managed financial planners and investment professionals with two international financial firms for nearly three decades before establishing his own independent firm in 2005.

Born in Hawaii, Randy (aka “Pineapple”) was raised in Boise, Idaho and spent six years in New Mexico prior to settling in the Puget Sound area in 1992. Active in the community coaching youth soccer for over a decade, Randy enjoys playing competitive soccer, skiing, snowboarding, hiking and fly fishing. He and his wife currently reside in Carnation, Washington.

A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and Northwest Nazarene University, Joe began his financial career with Key Bank in 1998. He went on to work alongside a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional at BECU for three years and then worked directly with clients as a financial advisor for nine years. He spent eight years with US Bancorp Investments before joining Triad Financial Strategies in 2019. A lifelong learner, Joe has obtained his Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as Life and Disability Insurance.  

Outside of the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his family. Together, they travel all over the northwest in their camping trailer exploring what the area has to offer. Joe also likes riding his bicycle and participating in fundraisers and events including those for Mary Bridge Children's Hospital and the Seattle to Portland (STP) ride. He spends time volunteering for various local organizations such as GK Band Booster, Vivace! Choral Program and the Graham Hill Mutual Water Company. These are programs that his children enjoy and it’s wonderful to be a part of what they love.

Lincoln is a wealth advisor with Triad Financial Strategies and in his role takes the time to get to know his clients and what is most important to them. He helps design and implement strategies for their short- and long-term goals, as well as guiding them through the financial planning process. Additionally, he leverages wealth management tools and technologies to help manage client resources. 

Prior to joining TFS in 2019, Lincoln worked as a financial advisor for Edward Jones, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and US Bancorp Investments. He has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and has a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Phoenix. 

Lincoln received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2014 and is also Series 7 licensed, in addition to being Life, Health and Disability Insurance licensed. He is very proud of the community he works and lives in and often volunteers at the St. Francis House in Puyallup, Washington. Lincoln is also Vice Commodore with Northwest Fishing Partners - an organization that provides fishing and hunting opportunities for first responders and military veterans. 

With deep roots in Eastern Oregon, Lincoln and his wife are raising their children in Puyallup and enjoy all of the great things the Pacific Northwest has to offer. They love good food, experiencing new restaurants and trying microbreweries. As a family, they enjoy traveling, camping, fishing and being in the water with their kayaks, paddleboards and boat.

Max, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP), prides himself on his holistic financial planning process. Prior to joining Triad, Max worked as a Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab where he collaborated with his clients to find creative solutions to their financial questions. Acting as a thought partner, he guided his clients through the many "twists and turns" of life and the stock market.

In his free time, Max enjoys roaming the Washington wilderness in his Jeep and snowboarding with his family on Crystal Mountain. She is passionate about financial planning because she feels like it is the most overlooked yet necessary piece of your financial journey.

Kelsey finished her undergrad at the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s degree in History, English, and Secondary Education. She then went on to receive her Master’s in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University. She was a high school teacher, principal, and coach before transitioning over to the world of finance.

She loves playing soccer, traveling, hiking, camping, and eating her way around the world. She totes her yellow lab, Alfa, around with her wherever and whenever she can. She is originally from New Mexico where her family still lives and visits frequently. She is also passionate about volunteering in underserved populations and currently works with the Union Gospel Mission in Seattle as well as volunteers with the Seattle Slam which is our local wheelchair rugby team.

Haley serves as a Client Relationship Associate and will be managing the day-to-day operations at Triad in Issaquah WA. Prior to joining us, she gained experience while working in the banking industry at Heritage Bank. She understands the importance of how her role can assist you in your day-to-day needs. She was able to grow and expand her knowledge in the financial industry and it sparked her desire to be involved in the entire financial planning process. 

Outside of work, she is actively involved in her church and volunteering within ministries. She also loves to hike with her husband, usually along the Cascade Loop. They love to spend their time with friends and family, hanging out, or playing games. She also is an avid reader, and usually is in the middle of 2, if not 3 books at a time.

Rena joined the Triad Financial Strategies team in April 2021.  Rena graduated from Western Washington University with a Degree in Finance.  Fresh out of college she started her career path as Registered Representative at First Investors working directly with clients and their financial goals.  She then moved on to KeyBank as a Licensed Relationship Manager, still working with clients and their financial goals but also assisting with banking and loans. Lastly, she made a change to KMS Financial Services and worked at the home office servicing Financial Representatives and their clients with technology needs. 

 In her free time, she enjoys volleyball, fastpitch, reading, crafting, scrapbooking, and dabbles in jewelry making.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends going to events, wine tasting, and having game nights.

Upon graduating from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, Shawn began working as a sales assistant at a large brokerage firm. She took a short break to raise her children and once they started school she started teaching preschool for the next 10 years. Shortly after, Shawn went to work for an advisory firm and quickly realized her passion for working with advisors who focus on their client’s entire financial pictures.

Outside of work, Shawn enjoys running, hiking and gardening. She and her husband also like to go camping, finding new trails to hike and bodies of water to play in with their very energetic new puppy.

Prior to joining Path Wealth Management in 2012, Judy worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. She worked at Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America as Regional Vice President for ten years and has enjoyed the experiences and growth she’s encountered throughout her career. A lifelong learner, Judy earned her bachelor’s degree from UPS - Tacoma and has also received her FINRA Series 6 registration. 

Judy is married to her husband, Kevin, and they have two grown children and six grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching their sporting activities including soccer, baseball, basketball, dance and track. Judy also likes to travel overseas and domestically, experiencing new places and cultures along the way. You may also find her gardening, playing golf, or walking her beagle, Sofie.
